Please google the key word "DAC", and it will pump out lots of information. I could see why nobody reply your post, because most of people here don't know the headphone's brand that you have, including me. According to your budget, I suggest that you could find a "1723" (now, most of this sound card you could find was made by RealTech (?)), and listen first. After you do enough homeworks about DAC, then you could consider to add a DAC in accordance with your need. Perheps you will change your headphone first. :-p
